§ 1 Information about the collection of personal data

(1) Herein we inform you that we collect personal data when using our website. Personal data is all data that is personally available to you, eg. Name, address, e-mail addresses, and user behavior.

(3) When you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, the data you provide (your e-mail address, your name and your telephone number, if applicable) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. § 3 Collection of personal data when visiting our website

(1) In the case of informational use of the website, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser sends to our server. § 6 Use of our portal

(1) If you wish to use our portal, you must register by entering your e-mail address, a password of your choice and your freely selectable user name. There is an obligation to use a clear name, pseudonymous use is not possible. If you register with your organization, we will check your details and then decide whether your organization is in line with the principles of our platform. The provision of the above-mentioned data is mandatory, all other information can be provided voluntarily by using our portal.

§ 7 Use of Matomo for web analysis

(1) This website uses open source software tool Matomo (www.matomo.org), a service of the provider InnoCraft Ltd., 7 Waterloo Quay PO625, 6140 Wellington, New Zealand to analyze the surfing behavior of our users. Matomo will not collect session data without your consent. Matomo uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and that allow an analysis of your use of the website. For the same purpose pseudonymized user profiles can be created and evaluated from these data. The cookies enable, among other things, the recognition of the Internet browser. The data collected with Matomo technology (including your pseudonymised IP address) is processed on our web server. The information generated by the cookie in the pseudonymous user profile is not used to personally identify the visitor of this website and is not combined with personal data about the bearer of the pseudonym.

§8 Use of Geolocation Services

The geolocation service used is operated by HERE Global B.V, Kennedyplein 222-226, 5611 ZT Eindhoven, The Netherlands and processes the location data retrieved from your device.

This is only required to provide distance information from your location to a point of interest.

HERE uses information about your current location ("Location Data") and information about locations ("Location Information") . The location data indicates where you are currently located or where you have been. They are based on available positioning methods, such as A-GPS.

Unless otherwise specified, your location information uses random identifiers that do not allow us to deduce your identity.

When you use HERE, each feature of the Service will activate your selected positioning methods to request your current location.

The Service may send your location data to HERE when you use location-enabled features of the Service, such as when you enable navigation, request information about nearby services or offers, use search capabilities.

§9 Integration of social media services

On our website you will find links to various social media (Facebook, LinkedIN, Twitter, vimeo, Xing, YouTu.be) providers. We do not use analysis plugins of these platforms, but simple URL addresses to make the offers of the registered organizations easily accessible.
